Order Policies
Please review our terms carefully before placing your order.
To help everything run smoothly and ensure your cake is just right, please take note of our order terms:
1. Booking Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your pickup or delivery date.
2. Design Changes
No changes can be made within 14 days of your event. This includes design, size, and flavors.
3. Late Pickup
Please be on time! A late pickup fee may apply if you're more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.
4. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the due date will be charged in full.
5. Handling Your Cake
We take great care preparing your cake. Once it leaves our hands, we can't be responsible for any damage during transport or from improper storage.
